1. Introduction
At Zest Cart, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our domestic shipping practices within South Africa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully verified. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.

3. Eligibility
Your order must meet all of the following conditions:
- Delivery address is within an eligible area (see section 3 below)
- All items in the order are in stock at time of purchase
- Payment is successfully verified before the relevant cut-off time

4. Cost
No additional charge applies for this service. Our standard flat rate of R100 applies to orders under R1,500. Orders of R1,500 and above qualify for free delivery, which includes this service where available.
5. When this service does not apply
- Delivery addresses outside eligible metro areas
- Items that are out of stock or on pre-order
- Orders where payment verification is not completed before cut-off
- During peak periods (Black Friday, December holiday season) — we will notify customers in advance via the website banner
6. Delays and exceptions
While we make every effort to fulfil deliveries on time, Zest Cart cannot guarantee delivery windows in the event of courier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email and work with our courier partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). You are entitled to delivery of goods within the timeframe agreed at the time of purchase, or within a reasonable time where no specific date was agreed. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the stated timeframe, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. 8. Proof of Delivery
Once a courier scan confirms successful delivery to your address, this constitutes proof of delivery. At that point, responsibility for the package passes to you. If you believe a package was marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours at support@zestcart.co.za with your order number. We will request a delivery confirmation report from the courier and assist in resolving the dispute. We are unable to investigate delivery claims raised more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date.
