Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Instant EFT, via our secure payment partners BOBPAY. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — we never store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at support@zestcart.co.za or WhatsApp 064 257 0729. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard returns process.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! New customers can use the code GETZESTY for 10% off their first order. Applied at checkout, no minimum spend required.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is R100 across South Africa. Orders over R1,500 qualify for free door-to-door delivery, which includes next day delivery where available.

How long will it take to get my package?

Next day delivery is available on qualifying orders to eligible metro areas. Your delivery date depends on when you order:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (SAST) on a business day are dispatched same day and delivered the next business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the following business day and delivered within 2 business days

Which courier do you use?

We primarily partner with The Courier Guy to ensure your everyday essentials arrive safely and on time. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver to all provinces in South Africa. Delivery times to remote or rural areas may be longer than our standard estimates — see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Product Support

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing 100% authentic products directly from authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, grey market, or parallel import goods. Proof of purchase is available on request.

Where can I find product ingredients or usage instructions?

Full ingredients and usage directions are listed on each product page under the product description. If you need additional information not listed, contact us and we'll assist.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not charge restocking fees.

Who pays for return shipping?

Change of mind returns: the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Zest Cart covers all return shipping costs and will arrange courier collection at no charge to you.

Can I return skincare or hair treatments?

For hygiene reasons, products such as L'Oréal Wonder Water cannot be returned once the protective seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival — in which case you're entitled to a full refund or replacement.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
